The card will be created or claimed within 14 days of purchase and in the 14 days following the sending of confirmation of creation and/or claim of the card I ask you to send the material necessary for its compilation and modifications. Your participation will also be necessary to complete the profile verification procedures. If you do not send the material, or do not participate in the verification twice in the 14 days following the sending of the request by email or WhatsApp, the consultation is considered concluded and carried out, therefore it will not be possible to request a refund.
